Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior SAP IBP Consultant in California to lead migration from APO to IBP and S/4HANA embedded planning. You will guide clients through end-to-end SAP IBP implementations, data migration, and cutover while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include design of IBP modules, S/4HANA MRP Live, integration with SAP Datasphere, and driving Activate lifecycle workshops. Travel up to 0–100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience with hands-on IBP across modules.
• Minimum of 3 years implementing IBP or APO-to-IBP migrations in at least one module.
• Experience leading fit-to-standard workshops and creating functional design documents.
• Previous experience at a Big 4 or global SAP consultancy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementation or migration (Demand, Supply, S&OP, and more).
• Configure IBP planning areas, figures, operators, and time profiles.
• Design connectivity between IBP and S/4HANA using SAP Integration Suite.
• Advise on SAP Datasphere integration for external data ingestion.
• Lead design of S/4HANA MRP Live and related planning capabilities.
• Define hybrid planning boundaries between S/4HANA embedded planning and IBP.
• Lead APO and IBP workstreams through the SAP Activate lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops and author design documents and migration mappings.
• Coordinate data migration for planning master data and cutover planning.
