Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IBP Senior in Technology Consulting to join our global delivery teams and help transform supply chains for clients. Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP IBP, PP/DS, and PP/DS solutions with S/4HANA/ECC integration.

You will translate business needs into technical specs, lead workshops, and collaborate across functions. 2–4 years IBP/PP/DS experience and travel 40–60% are required; bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 to 4 years hands-on SAP IBP and PP/DS experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end IBP or PP/DS implementations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes.
• Experience translating requirements to functional designs.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP IBP Response & Supply and PP/DS solutions.
• Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs
• Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses
• Expect to travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP IBP and PP/DS with S/4HANA, ECC, and legacy APO environments.
• Provide design insights and lead the build, testing, and deployment of supply chain solutions across various technology landscapes
• Exhibit hands-on technical capabilities in SAP IBP tool and demonstrated strong business acumen of demand planning or supply planning capabilities.
• Facilitate client workshops, requirements sessions, and design discussions to help drive solution alignment and adoption.
• Consistently deliver high-quality client services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as change management, and provide relevant inputs as part of larger transformation engagements.
• Show curiosity and initiative in developing client sector knowledge to help co-create EY industry solutions.
