Staff Perm in Richardson, TX is seeking a Senior Software Engineer focused on SAP IBP technical architecture. You will design and implement architecture for SAP IBP Supply & Response, Inventory Optimization, CPI-DS, SDI, and RTI, and lead software delivery across projects.

This contract-to-hire role requires 5+ years of SAP IBP experience and a strong technical foundation, with collaboration across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. No sponsorship or C2C is provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or STEM field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of relevant software development and architecture experience.
5+ years hands-on SAP IBP planning experience, including Inventory, Supply & Response.

Responsibilities

Design and oversee SAP IBP Supply & Response and Inventory Optimization architecture.
Lead software delivery with continuous improvement, practices, and principles.
Document major processes and development milestones.
Define system scope and objectives based on user needs and industry requirements.
Analyze business and user needs and manage the full development life cycle.
Modify, maintain, and update IBP configurations and CPI-DS.
Stay current with best practices and ensure adherence to standards.
Align solutions with IT long-term strategy.
