Job summary

Novalink Solutions LLC in West Columbia, SC, United States seeks a SAP Senior Technical Support Engineer to collaborate with analysts and designers to test SAP software, provide analysis, development, testing, and resolution, and document processes. You will use LSMW, DSM and ABAP to implement robust HRIS solutions and support the SCEIS HCM migration with strong communication skills.

The role requires 4+ years in SAP HCM, SAP Portal, SuccessFactors, and workflows, plus a solid grasp of ERP

Qualifications

4 plus years’ HCM Functional experience using SAP in a professional environment.
Understanding of SAP Portal technology.
Functional knowledge of SAP HCM, Success Factors.
Mail Services in SAP through Standard API.
General understanding of accounting process.
Knowledge of enterprise-level applications including ERP.
1+ years of SAP Workflow experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners in the testing of SAP software programs and applications.
Provide SAP support including analysis, development, testing, tracking and resolution.
Participate in team activities and team planning regarding improving team skills, awareness and quality of work.
Document processes, designs, and testing activities.
Perform data updates utilizing tools such as SAP LSMW and EpiUse Data SyncManager (DSM).
Assist functional team with technical directions to design high quality solutions.
Provide solid, error-free and efficient technical solutions with minimal supervision.
