Job summary

Nagarro seeks a senior SAP HCM consultant focused on Payroll Germany to drive customer projects and process designs on site with our SAP-enabled team. You will analyze business needs, draft blueprints, and implement system-side configurations in HCM modules.

You will guide smaller project teams, engage in on-site delivery, and contribute to successful rollouts at client locations while leveraging your expertise in German payroll rules and SAP schemas.

Qualifications

• Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY).
• Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration, know-how in tax and social security law.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP specific schemas, cycles and characteristics.
• Experience with project management and consulting methods.

Responsibilities

• Customer projects in the area of SAP HCM in all on-premise components with focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE).
• Analysis of the customer situation, creation of process documents, conceptions and blueprints.
• System-side realization of customer requirements (including customizing, schemas and cycles in payroll accounting).
• Support in all project phases - conception, design, customizing, prototyping and roll out of SAP HCM.
• As a senior consultant, you will also take on partial project management in smaller teams on site at our customers.
