Job summary

CSCI Consulting, Inc. is seeking a SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management Consultant to implement, configure, and optimize SAP GRC solutions across our federal-ready client base in the United States.

You will lead design workshops with audit teams and business stakeholders to translate complex control requirements into scalable configurations. The role requires deep SAP GRC expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in control

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience with focus on GRC modules.
• 8+ years hands-on experience in SAP GRC Process Control & Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP GRC Process Control and SAP GRC Risk Management
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and audit teams to gather requirements
• Translate business, audit, compliance, and risk-management requirements into effective SAP GRC solutions
• Collaborate with audit and business teams to strengthen compliance and optimize risk-management processes
• Establish and maintain SAP GRC control frameworks
• Support manual testing of effectiveness and continuous monitoring activities
• Configure and support risk heat maps and key risk indicator tracking
• Assist with risk assessments and control-effectiveness activities
• Support ongoing SAP GRC enhancements, maintenance, and process improvements
• Analyze functional and technical issues and coordinate their resolution
• Document process changes, risk assessments, control activities, and system configurations clearly
• Communicate solution designs, process updates, risks, and control requirements to technical and business stakeholders
• Adapt solutions and priorities to evolving business, audit, and compliance needs
