Job summary

CSCI Consulting, Inc. is seeking an SAP GRC Process Control & Risk Management Consultant to implement, configure, and optimize SAP GRC solutions remotely in the United States.

The role requires 10+ years of SAP experience and hands-on techno-functional expertise in process control, risk management, and control frameworks. You will work closely with audit teams and business stakeholders to deliver robust compliance solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience.
• Hands-on techno-functional expertise in process control and risk management.
• Experience with SAP GRC Process Control and SAP GRC Risk Management.
• Ability to obtain a Federal Secret security clearance (Active clearance preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP GRC Process Control and SAP GRC Risk Management.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and audit teams to gather and validate requirements.
• Translate requirements into effective SAP GRC solutions.
• Collaborate with audit and business teams to strengthen compliance and optimize risk-management processes.
• Establish and maintain control frameworks within SAP GRC.
• Support testing of effectiveness and continuous control monitoring activities.
• Configure and support risk heat maps and key risk indicator tracking.
• Assist with risk assessments and control-effectiveness activities.
• Support ongoing SAP GRC enhancements, maintenance, and process improvements.
• Document process changes, risk assessments, control activities, and system configurations clearly.
• Communicate solution designs, process updates, risks, and control requirements to stakeholders.
• Adapt solutions and priorities to evolving business, audit, and compliance needs.
