Job summary

Deloitte's Global Trade practice is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the SAP GTS group. You will work with clients to bring design thinking into technology-enabled business processes, improving their ability to react to the digital world and enabling scalability.

The role requires 5+ years of SAP consulting experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and the ability to travel up to 10%. This hybrid role involves 2–3 days in person at the US Tax professionals co-located site.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model requiring 2–3 days in person.
• Bachelor's degree in a legal, business or technology related field.
• 5+ years' relevant SAP consulting or industry experience.
• Experience implementing SAP GTS modules (Compliance Management, Customs Management, Trade Preference).
• Lead on at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Travel up to 10% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps during workshops.
• Work with clients to deploy technology solutions for international trade management operations.
• Plan and provide compliance assistance and explore automated import/export solutions.
• Develop customized solutions and draft functional design docs with attention to detail.
• Support new business processes around global trade and supply chain.
• Deliver implementation support for complex projects in a fast-paced team environment.
• Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to Deloitte's SAP GTS practice growth.
• You will help Deloitte's Global Trade team grow and mature.
