Job summary

Deloitte's Global Trade practice is seeking a Senior Consultant to help clients optimize SAP Global Trade solutions and transform business processes. You will work with clients to design and implement technology-enabled trade programs and compliance controls in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role requires hands-on SAP GTS experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 10%. Hybrid work is supported as part of Deloitte's US Tax practice.

Qualifications

• Hybrid work model requiring US Tax professionals to co-locate 2–3 days per week
• Bachelor’s degree in a legal, business or technology related field
• 5+ years of SAP consulting or industry experience
• Experience implementing SAP GTS modules: Compliance Management, Customs Management, Trade Preference
• Technical or functional lead on at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Operational/design thinking, strong analytical and communication skills
• Immigration sponsorship may be available; travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Assess existing information systems and identify gaps during workshops with business users
• Assess and deploy technology solutions to enable international trade management operations
• Plan compliance and explore automated import/export solutions
• Draft functional design documentation with logical thinking and attention to detail
• Support new business processes around global trade and supply chain
• Deliver implementation support for complex projects in a fast-paced team environment
• Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to Deloitte's SAP GTS practice growth
• Contribute to development of SAP GTS practice globally
