Haworth in Holland, MI is seeking a SAP Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver SAP solutions within our S/4HANA environment. You will work onsite at our Holland, MI headquarters, building modern SAP applications and integrations using ABAP, Fiori, BAS, RAP, REST, and OData while guiding technical decisions and mentoring teammates.

The role spans design, development, and integration across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Logistics, MM, and Finance.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar field
• Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education
• 5+ years of design, development, and support experience in the relevant technology stack with a Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years with a Master's degree
• Experience with SAP Fiori and RAP
• Expertise in Key User and Pro Developer Extensibility
• 2 years technical leadership and mentorship experience
• Ability to travel outside of Holland, MI headquarters (domestic and international) up to approximately 5% of the time
• Ability to collaborate across and support international teams and time zones
• Applicants must be able to work in Holland, MI; this position does not offer remote or hybrid work

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business and user requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and implement SAP applications and integrations within the S/4HANA environment.
• Contribute to software architecture, solution design, and technical decision‑making for complex initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Apply and promote software development best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate technical concepts, recommendations, and project updates to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies, tools, and development approaches that improve team effectiveness and solution quality.
• Partner with project teams to support planning, estimation, and delivery activities using agile development methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members as appropriate based on experience and role level.
