Job summary

Accenture is seeking a confident Manager to lead SAP Finance Transformation programs, focusing on FSCM domains and AI-enabled delivery. You will translate client goals into actionable outcomes, drive end-to-end SAP journeys, and mentor project teams across regions.

The role emphasizes advisory delivery, complex workshops, and thought leadership in transforming finance processes using SAP platforms. Travel may be required to support client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP Functional and Technical expertise in FSCM (Credit, Collections, Dispute).
• Minimum 3 years of SAP projects for Consumer Goods & Services clients.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations including credit risk, collections, disputes.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model.
• Prior Advisory/Consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior Finance executives on business challenges and SAP value.
• Lead customers in defining SAP journey with business cases and roadmaps.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies and partner add-ons.
• Explain SAP Business AI strategy and identify areas where AI adds value.
