Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned SAP Finance Transformation leader to drive global FSCM programs, shaping the SAP journey, roadmaps, and business cases with senior client executives. You will architect end-to-end Finance solutions, articulate SAP AI capabilities, and guide delivery teams across regions on complex transformation initiatives.

You will partner with clients to translate goals into actionable outcomes, leveraging SAP platforms and partner solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP Functional and Technical expertise in FSCM (Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Management)
• 3 years of SAP projects supporting Consumer Goods & Services
• 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations including credit/risk modules
• Experience leading SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model
• Prior Advisory or Consulting experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years) or 6 years with Associate degree

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client Finance executives on challenges and value of SAP solutions
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey and roadmaps
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies
• Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy and identify areas where AI adds value
• Experience deploying AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve delivery
• Deliver Finance solutions using best practices and embedded innovation
• Lead large project teams onsite or with Accenture
• Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations in your area
• Develop assets and best practices for transformation experts
