Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a senior SAP Finance leader to own end-to-end transformation programs across SAP FI/CO. You will guide discovery, design, go-live, stabilization and transition to support for global manufacturing finance processes.

The role requires deep domain knowledge in process manufacturing finance, cost/variance management and cross-functional leadership with executive communication skills. Knowledge of S/4HANA and related tools is desirable.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP Finance experience with deep SAP FI/CO configuration, finance process, solution architecture and transformation leadership expertise.
• Proven leadership of at least three full lifecycle SAP programs, from discovery/design through go-live and support.
• End-to-end transformation ownership with process redesign, standardization, adoption and measurable value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Finance transformations across global programs.
• Drive governance, data migration, testing, cutover and organizational change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure global standardization and localization as needed.
