Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned Delivery Lead to drive SAP Finance transformation programs for Consumer Goods & Services clients. You will lead multi‑year SAP initiatives, architect end‑to‑end Finance solutions, and guide large delivery teams across global engagements.

You will engage senior finance leaders, build business cases and roadmaps, and articulate SAP’s AI-enabled roadmap. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years proven experience as a Delivery Lead in large SAP transformations (Finance & Consumer Goods & Services).
• Minimum 8 years leading SAP transformation programs for Consumer Goods & Services clients.
• Minimum 6 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations (planning, estimation, architecture).
• Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (50-100 people) in Global Delivery.
• Prior Consulting/Advisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12+ years). If Associate’s Degree, equivalent 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client Finance executives on business challenges and SAP value (current & future).
• Lead clients in defining their SAP journey with business cases and roadmaps during origination, proposals, and presentations.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies and partner solutions.
• Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy and roadmap; identify areas where AI adds value.
• Oversee deployment of AI use cases within SAP delivery to boost efficiency and outcomes.
• Advise, design and deliver Finance solutions using SAP best practices and embedded innovation.
• Lead large project teams onsite with clients or within Accenture to deliver transformation roadmaps.
• Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations across SAP and Finance domains.
• Be a thought leader, develop assets and best practices and train the next level of transformation experts.
• Travel may be required (0–100%).
