Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Professional, Finance Datahub within the IT Finance Applications organization. The role supports the SAP BW4HANA platform and data integration to enable analytics across FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Controllership.

The Professional will work closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to design and deliver robust data platforms, pipelines, and governance, contributing to DePuy Synthes as part of the broader corporate structure.

Qualifications

Finance data platforms experience required, with hands-on SAP BW4HANA and SAP Data Integration knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and support enterprise finance data platforms and data pipelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating data insights into business recommendations.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced IT environment.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, implement and support core finance data platforms including SAP BW4HANA, SAP S4 Finance, Central Finance, SAP Group Reporting, SAP SAC Planning, and SAP MDG Master Data Governance.
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, data architectures, and warehouse solutions for enterprise reporting and analytics.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through validation and data quality controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data governance, standardization, and consistency across systems.
Identify process improvements and drive automation and efficiencies in data management and reporting workflows with AI.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards.
