Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Professional, Finance Datahub, supporting SAP Finance data platforms within the IT organization. The role focuses on design, execution, and transformation of enterprise finance data platforms to enable analytics and reporting for FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Controllership.

The incumbent will partner with Finance, IT, and data stakeholders to deliver scalable data platform solutions and ensure data quality and governance across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, Data Analytics, or related field required.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience planning, designing, delivering and supporting finance platforms including SAP BW4HANA, SAP Data Integration (SLT/SDI).
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of SAP Basis and SAP platform architecture and management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement and support core finance data platforms including SAP BW4HANA, SAP S4 Finance, Central Finance, SAP Group Reporting, SAP SAC Planning, and SAP MDG Master Data Governance.
• Design, develop, and maintain finance data platforms, data pipelines, and data architectures to support enterprise reporting and analytics
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data through validation, reconciliation, and data quality controls
• Support the design, development, and enhancement of data architectures and data warehouse solutions
• Build and deliver data pipelines, integrations, and backend data processing systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data governance, standardization, and consistency across systems
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation and efficiencies in data management and reporting workflows with AI.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards
