Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC seeks a Sr SAP FICO Product Manager to lead SAP Finance and Controlling initiatives in a start-up like environment for Amazon Leo. You will own the SAP RTR product vision, driveblueprints, and partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to deliver scalable solutions for satellite manufacturing support and ground gateway terminals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
6+ years implementing and managing SAP ERP with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.
3+ years analyzing, creating system specifications, and developing tests for SAP Finance solutions.
Hands-on experience with SAP FI modules (Finance, Controlling, Asset management).
6+ years delivering end-to-end SAP design and implementation as the main focus.
Strong understanding of financial processes and cross-module integration.
Knowledge of FI-MM and FI-PP integrations.
Experience collaborating with Finance and Supply Chain teams.
Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build SAP RTR based product vision and solutions.
Identify and implement best practices to optimize business processes using SAP.
Conduct Blueprint workshops, fit-gap analyses and produce detailed design documents.
Identify change management and training needs; support creating training material and lead train-the-trainer sessions.
Participate in strategic planning and roadmaps for SAP RTR solutions.
Manage quarterly planning, sprint planning, deployment for product feature enhancements.
Define metrics including success metrics, adoption and data-driven insights.
Prepare product design, functional specifications, configure, test and support SAP S/4 HANA ERP implementations.
Build and support integration with SAP PP, EWM, MM and MES systems.
Support SAP Production system for ticket resolutions and business needs.
Be a team player and contribute to collective success of the team.
