Syskoplan Reply in the United States is seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. You will blend strategic advisory with hands‑on configuration, delivering best‑in‑class FICO solutions using SAP Activate and fit‑to‑standard approaches, including S/4HANA and S/4HANA Cloud.

You will work across finance processes, lead fit/gap sessions, configure FICO, manage cross‑module interfaces, document outcomes, and transfer knowledge to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 8 years SAP experience with at least 3 full‑cycle implementations
• Experience in SAP Cloud environments (public and private)
• Expert in FICO setup and cross functional design
• Strong implementation lifecycle knowledge from requirements to hyper‑care support
• Master data migration experience (LSMW, Migration Cockpit)

Responsabilités

• Act as a business consultant to help customers achieve objectives with SAP FICO
• Troubleshoot and configure FICO with cross‑module integration
• Lead fit/gap sessions and translate requirements into solutions
• Prepare clear documentation and provide timely status updates
• Proactively identify risks and mitigate issues
• Provide knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants
