Job summary

Syskoplan Reply US is seeking an SAP Finance Support Consultant to join our team in the United States. The candidate will provide production support for SAP Finance, troubleshoot FI functionality, and lead functional enhancements within SAP S/4HANA and related modules.

The role requires 5+ years of SAP Finance experience in manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and travel up to 20% as needed. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and knowledge of Fiori applications is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 5+ years SAP Finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and SAP FI functionality.
• Experience with production support and incident management.
• Experience with SAP FI integration across other modules and cross-functional processes.
• Ability to lead functional enhancements from requirements to deployment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing production support for SAP Finance, reviewing incidents and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain SAP FI functionality and cross-module integrations.
• Collaborate with users to understand requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Lead enhancements from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.
• Prepare clear documentation and communicate resolution progress to clients.
• Support ongoing system improvements with technical teams.
