Job summary

RGP is seeking a dynamic SAP FICO analyst to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency in finance and costing processes using SAP and related IT tools. This onsite role in Centennial, CO will support IT initiatives in Finance and Controlling and partner with IT and business teams to implement technical solutions.

You will handle production support, change management, and costing configurations across SAP ECC/S4HANA, ensuring accurate cost flows and successful project cutovers.

Qualifications

• BS degree in IT, engineering, finance, or accounting.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP ERP or S/4.
• Strong SAP FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance, RICEFW, ABAP (preferred), Vertex tax, fixed assets.
• Product Cost Controlling configuration in SAP including MTO scenarios, cost elements, cost centers, internal orders, and CO-PA.
• Data migration, cutover management, and training for new costing configurations.
• Integration with FI/CO and MM, SD, and other SAP modules for accurate cost flow data.
• Costing scenario management for different production or sales environments.
• Strong accounting and costing principles; experience in application support and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT and business teams to develop technical solutions.
• Support break/fix issues and manage change activities in SAP systems.
• Support production and launch activities in SAP FICO and Fiori.
• Ensure and optimize cost flows across FI/CO modules and related areas.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for cost controlling.
