Job summary

Bell Textron Inc. in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Sr. SAP FICO Configuration Analyst to join our Information Technology team. You will configure and deliver SAP FICO solutions within our ECC 6.0 environment, partnering with Finance and support teams to align technology with business needs.

This hands-on role requires strong FICO expertise, knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced aerospace setting. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years SAP FI experience in General Ledger, AP, AR, Tax, and costing.
• Experience with SAP CO and controlling processes is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, accounting, or business management.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting preferred.
• Experience in aerospace/defense industry and MRO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on problem identification, resolution, and documentation.
• Provide support and design direction for month‑end/quarter/year‑end closing.
• Work with Finance team and SAP support to align business needs with solutions.
• Develop, configure, and deliver SAP FICO solutions for the business.
