Job summary

Bell Textron Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Senior SAP FICO Configuration Analyst to lead hands-on SAP configuration and support for FI/CO modules.

You will work closely with the Finance team and IT to implement effective SAP solutions in ECC 6.0, including master data, GL, AP, AR, and more. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, US GAAP/IFRS familiarity, and ability to work in a fast-paced aerospace environment, with occasional extended hours as workload dictates.

Qualifications

• 5 years SAP FI experience across GL, AP, AR, Tax, and more.
• Experience with CO (controlling) is preferred.
• US GAAP/IFRS knowledge is required.
• Able to work independently and with teams; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on problem identification, resolution, and documentation.
• Support & design for month-end/quarter/year-end closing.
• Work with Finance and IT teams to align business needs with SAP solutions.
• Develop, configure, and deliver SAP FICO solutions for the business.
• May require extended hours during peak periods.
