Job summary

Alcami is seeking a Senior SAP EWM Functional Specialist – Manufacturing Integration in Durham, NC. The role focuses on hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of SAP EWM within a S/4HANA environment, with strong PP/PP-PI integration experience.

You will lead day-to-day EWM execution, resolve integration issues, and drive improvements across warehouse and manufacturing processes to ensure a scalable operating model. This is a hands-on individual contributor role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• SAP EWM certification strongly preferred or equivalent hands-on EWM implementations.
• 7+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience, including EWM with S/4HANA environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as hands-on EWM functional SME in a live S/4HANA RISe environment, performing configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and production support.
• Configure, support, and optimize SAP EWM processes including inbound/outbound, staging, goods issue/receipt, batch handling, replenishment, and inventory.
• Support end-to-end manufacturing integration with SAP PP/PP-PI, including process-order staging and stock movements.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, production teams, quality, and supply chain to resolve operational issues and implement improvements.
• Own EWM incidents and enhancements from intake through resolution, including root cause analysis and documentation.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and provide training to business users.
