Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to drive SAP EWM projects and lead client engagements. You will translate business requirements into technical designs, configure SAP EWM, and deliver RICEF solutions while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will interact with stakeholders to evaluate models and processes, ensuring solutions meet business needs and delivered value across warehouse operations. Travel is substantial and expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years relevant SAP experience.
• At least 3 years hands-on SAP EWM delivery.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP EWM projects and workstreams, ensuring quality and value.
• Track deliverables and project status, align with objectives.
• Lead client workshops from planning through execution and closure.
• Participate in Explore phase design workshops.
• Configure SAP EWM and related SAP modules.
• Design and document RICEF solutions and functional specs.
• Perform testing and support training materials.
• Provide on-site hypercare support to warehouse users.
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities with business acumen.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and inform stakeholders.
