Job summary

Devfi is seeking a senior SAP Logistics Specialist in San Francisco, CA to lead design, configuration, and maintenance of SAP EWM and TM within regulated warehouse environments. You will drive integration across modules and support iDoc management, with a focus on GxP compliance and life sciences industries.

The role requires deep knowledge of S/4HANA supply chain, RFID/automation integration, and MES interoperability, ensuring robust inbound/outbound processes and batch/hazmat handling.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in warehouse management business process.
• Assist in design, configuration, and maintenance of SAP EWM and TM solutions at site level.
• Strong experience of EWM with TM Knowledge.
• Expertise in S/4HANA supply chain architecture, RFID/automation integration, and middleware tools (CPI/IDocs/APIs).
• Proficiency in SAP EWM/TM configurations and operational functionalities, including integration support across modules (e.g., PP, QM, SD, FI-CO, MM).
• Strong ability to analyze and solve technical issues within SAP systems, including iDoc management and error resolution.
• Good knowledge of warehouse business processes and capturing client requirements for SAP standard solutions.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of batch management, shelf-life expiration, and hazardous materials handling.
• Familiarity with SAP ATTP, SAP GBT, and integration with MES systems.
• Good knowledge in Inventory Management (IM) transfer postings, goods issues & stock creations.
• Strong experience in inbound & outbound business processes.
• Compliance & Validation: Ensure all warehouse and supply chain processes adhere to GxP, FDA, and life sciences regulatory standards.
• Direct exposure to pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries.

Responsibilities
