This role requires deep functional expertise in SAP EWM, hands-on experience leading or supporting system go-lives, and the ability to translate warehouse operations needs into system requirements and training materials. The consultant will work closely with supply chain operations, IT, and end users to ensure a smooth transition and stable operation of EWM within our environment.

- System Startup / Go-Live Support: Lead or support system startup activities including cutover planning, data migration validation, integration testing, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Training: Design and deliver end-user and super-user training materials (guides, job aids, hands-on sessions) tailored to warehouse floor staff, supervisors, and administrative users.

- Issue Resolution: Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues; distinguish between configuration gaps, training gaps, and data issues.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of configuration decisions, process flows, and training content for knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates, risk flags, and recommendations to the Associate Director and project leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation, support, and training experience.
- Demonstrated experience with at least one full-cycle EWM implementation or major system startup/go-live (not just support tickets).

- Proven experience developing and delivering end-user training programs in a warehouse/distribution environment.
- Experience with requirements gathering and translating business needs into functional specs.
- Working knowledge of integration points between EWM and ERP (SAP MM/SD) modules.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working directly with warehouse floor staff as well as IT and leadership.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities across concurrent workstreams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with decentralized EWM on SAP S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with RF/mobile data collection devices and warehouse automation/MHE integration.
- Experience with Yard Management System (YMS) integration or adjacent supply chain execution systems.
- SAP certification in EWM or related logistics execution modules.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Prior experience training in a regulated or high-compliance environment (GxP)
- Hours: Full Time
- Team Structure: Will work alongside internal supply chain systems team, IT, and warehouse operations leadership.
