Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation-savvy SAP consultant to lead large, complex SAP programs across client sites. You will drive scope, risk management, and delivery within a global delivery framework, with a focus on SAP Payroll and Employee Central Payroll implementations.

The role requires 4+ years SAP transformation or consulting experience, 3+ years EC Payroll experience, and 1+ year leading large SAP projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience
• 3+ years Employee Central Payroll experience
• At least 1 full lifecycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation
• 1+ year as Project/Workstream/Client Lead on a large SAP transformation project in a global delivery model
• EC Payroll certifications and Payroll module knowledge
• Bachelor's Degree or 12 years of work experience (If an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects with scope and risk management
• Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led
• Show clients how SAP can solve their business problems
• Lead a team across sponsors, workstreams and other teams
• Run the assigned workstream and/or project activities
• Drive profitability and service quality
• Coordinate across technical, reports, conversion, change management and other workstreams
• Tweak methods, tools and procedures to meet clients’ needs
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
• Document requirements, solutions and decisions
