Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst in Chicago to bridge business needs and SAP-based solutions for Asset Management/Plant Maintenance. You will gather requirements, architect solutions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP-enabled improvements.

Role requires 2–4 years in SAP Asset Management/PM, strong design and analytical skills, and travel up to 60% to meet clients’ needs. EY offers a hybrid work model and extensive Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• Typically, no less than 2–4 years of experience working with SAP Asset Management/PM/Enterprise Asset Management.
• Strong technical skills in application functional design.
• Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping.
• Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate models and processes.
• Analyze newly implemented SAP solutions to verify they meet requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Lead requirement gathering, blueprinting, testing, and design workshops; document design gaps; support testing and go-live.
• Stay current with SAP Asset Management (Plant Maintenance) releases.
• Collaborate across workstreams to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions.
