Job description

Infosys is seeking a Senior SAP EAM Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluate solution options, and make recommendations. You will create detailed design architecture and process artifacts, implement deployment plans, and support knowledge transfer to provide value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Location: Pomona; position may require travel to project/client locations.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management and Work Management implementation and support programs.
• Experience in Electricity (preferred), Gas, or Water Utilities industries in North America.
• In-depth knowledge of Master Data (Functional Location, Equipment, Class & Characteristics, Work Center, Task List, Revision, Measuring Points, etc.).
• Good knowledge of Notification Management, integration with Maintenance Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown, Corrective, and Calibration Maintenance processes.
• Experience in SAP PM integration with third-party tools.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience with Intelligent Asset Management solutions like FSM, SSAM, APM is desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience in at least 3 end-to-end lifecycle implementations, including:

Strong client-facing skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical skills with advanced Excel data analysis, and ability to coordinate work between onsite and offshore teams are essential. Flexibility in work timings is required due to remote working and offshore overlaps.

The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods and communicating via telephone, email, or face-to-face.
