Job summary

Bull City Talent Group is seeking a Senior SAP Digital Manufacturing Consultant for a life sciences client in the United States. The role emphasizes implementing and optimizing SAP DM to improve shop-floor execution, visibility, and integration with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end SAP DM implementations, translating shop-floor requirements into scalable solutions, and enabling real-time production dashboards and analytics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP DM / DMC (MII/ME background preferred).
• Proven track record of at least 2 SAP DM implementations.
• Life sciences industry experience (pharma/biotech/medical devices) required.
• Hands-on with production execution and shop-floor integration.
• Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA manufacturing PP.
• Knowledge of manufacturing master data and SAP DM architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP DM implementations.
• Translate business and shop-floor requirements into SAP DM solutions.
• Configure SAP DM capabilities including production execution and data collection.
• Design integration with SAP S/4HANA PP and other systems (MES, BTP, CPI).
• Collaborate with technical teams to define development and integration needs.
• Facilitate workshops with business and manufacturing stakeholders.
• Enable real-time production visibility through dashboards and reports.
• Support machine connectivity and automated data collection.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, cutover and go-live support.
