Job summary
A.O. Smith is seeking an experienced SAP ECC lead within our Nashville operations to drive supply chain technology initiatives.
You will define requirements, configure ECC modules, and coordinate with business leaders and project owners to deliver integrated solutions that improve planning and execution. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 10+ years in supply chain/ERP, and multiple SAP lifecycle implementations, with strong knowledge of MM, PP, and IBP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years related work experience.
- At least 5 SAP ECC lifecycle implementations.
- IBP suite experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain business processes, inventory control, material movements, and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide highest levels of production support to MM, PP, and related planning areas.
- Lead solution designs, enhancements, and sustainability in MM/PP/production execution.
- Develop functional designs and support ECC/ SAP integrations with internal teams.
- Communicate requirements to SAP functional teams and project owners.
- Manage stakeholder needs and drive process improvements across SCM.
