Job summary

A. O. Smith is seeking a SAP Supply Chain Senior Solutions Architect to define and govern enterprise SAP MM and related SCM solutions. You will partner with stakeholders to develop technology roadmaps and drive modernization across Materials Management, Procurement, and Inventory/Warehouse modules.

The role requires deep SAP MM expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable architectures and implementation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain solution architecture, consulting, implementation, or enterprise application leadership.
• Deep expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM), Procurement, Vendor Management, Material Master, Logistics Execution, and Inventory Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design activities for SAP MM and related supply chain processes.
• Define and maintain the long-term technology roadmap for Materials Management and supporting SCM applications.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, cybersecurity requirements, and business strategy.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend modernization, automation, AI, and digital transformation.
• Own the architecture, support strategy, and lifecycle management for SAP MM and associated SCM solutions.
