Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior SAP Manufacturing leader to shape client transformation programs, defining future-state SAP Manufacturing and SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions, and leading global delivery teams across multiple programs.

You will own end-to-end architecture, guide workshop discussions with executives, and drive the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of MES, PP, and integration capabilities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years hands-on SAP Manufacturing with PP, DM, MES, MII, PCo and integration solutions.
Experience leading multiple full-lifecycle SAP Manufacturing or MES implementations in a senior role.
At least 2 years with SAP Digital Manufacturing execution, insights, APIs, and analytics.
Knowledge of S/4HANA manufacturing master data and transaction data.
Experience designing integrations between SAP S/4HANA and SAP Digital Manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience (12+ years).

Responsibilities

Lead strategic assessment of client manufacturing and shop-floor processes for future-state SAP solutions.
Own end-to-end solution architecture across SAP S/4HANA, PP, DM, MES, and integration domains.
Drive large SAP Manufacturing implementation programs from design to stabilization.
Lead executive design workshops with clear recommendations and standard leading practices.
Govern integrations between SAP modules and shop-floor equipment to enable real-time data capture.
Coach consultants and project teams while ensuring delivery quality and risk management.
