Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior SAP Developer to lead SAP HR/HR modules initiatives, configure modules, and guide a team of engineers and analysts on complex IT infrastructure projects.

Candidates should have 10+ years in software development, SAP HCM (OM/PA, eCareer), ABAP, SAP Fiori, and experience with DBMS and RICEF. U.S. citizenship or permanent residence required; ability to travel modestly; on-site role.

Qualifications

At least ten years of experience in software development or related fields.
Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
Ability to independently handle high-visibility programs.
Experience mentoring staff.
Extensive knowledge of relational DBMS design and administration.

Responsibilities

Instructs, directs, and checks work of other project engineers.
Develops strategies for IT infrastructures and project completion within budgets and schedules.
Leads projects across organizations and coordinates across groups.
