Job summary

EY seeks a Delivery Lead to plan, drive, and manage large SAP implementations, establishing operating structures for large‑scale programs and ensuring day‑to‑day delivery leads to successful outcomes for our clients and EY.

You will lead engagement delivery, manage client relationships, and develop resource plans and budgets, applying hybrid delivery methods including Agile and Waterfall to achieve program success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant SAP experience.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments in consumer business, manufacturing, technology or industrial products.
• Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Travel 40–60% of the time.
• Familiarity with SDLC, contract/vendor management, and resource management.
• SAP certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Bear accountability for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
