Overview:

As a Senior SAP Data Consultant at C5MI, you will lead critical data management initiatives in SAP environments, with a strong focus on data migration, data governance, and ensuring the integrity and readiness of data across the SAP landscape. You’ll play a pivotal role in post-Go-Live support, hypercare, and continuous improvement of data processes. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of SAP data experience and a passion for driving results through clean, reliable data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute SAP data migration activities (data load planning, validation, and reconciliation) across modules such as MM, EWM, and TM
• Support post-Go-Live data integrity and troubleshoot data-related issues in SAP
• Manage and resolve complex data quality problems through collaboration with functional and technical teams
• Define and implement data governance standards, policies, and procedures
• Perform root cause analysis and provide data remediation strategies
• Oversee and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Lead the development of data cleansing routines and data quality metrics
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data solutions
• Mentor junior team members on SAP data tools and best practices

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP data management and migration
• Proven track record of leading data activities for SAP implementations and hypercare
• Deep understanding of SAP data structures across key functional areas
• Expertise in SAP tools such as LSMW, BODS, SAP Data Services, or SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit
• Experience with data governance frameworks and master data management (MDM)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to translate technical data challenges into actionable business terms
• U.S. Citizenship (required to obtain clearance)
