Qualifications

• 8+ years in SAP data migration for greenfield/brownfield projects.
• Experience with LTMC, DMC, BODS and Syniti tools.
• Knowledge of SAP data models and ECC/S/4HANA.
• Data governance, data quality, and validation expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration projects with SAP implementation strategies.
• Configure Syniti ADMM/BODS for ETL processes and data extraction/loading.
• Define data mapping, scope, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Develop data migration plans including cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Perform data profiling to assess quality and identify issues.
