Job summary

NextEra Energy is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Architect Manager to lead our financial data infrastructure and reporting initiatives. You will bridge complex financial concepts with SAP data platforms, serving as the architect for SAP BW on HANA, SAP BDC on HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud with a blended team of staff and contractors.

The role emphasizes strategic road mapping, enterprise collaboration with Finance, and SDLC delivery leadership to ensure secure, scalable reporting for FP&A

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher; Master’s preferred.
• Experience: 8+ years in data architecture, BI, and IT leadership.
• Leadership: Track record of managing complex technology teams and contractors.
• Technical mastery: SAP BW on HANA, SAP BDC on HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for financial reporting and data architecture.
• Lead architecture and hands-on development for SAP data platforms and reporting solutions.
• Ensure data systems integrate with core financial systems and analytics platforms.
• Direct, mentor, and optimize a blended team of employees and contractors.
