We are seeking a Senior SAP Customer Management & BRIM Solution Consultant to lead the design and implementation of an enterprise solution that integrates SAP Customer Management (CM), SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM), and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

This strategic role involves developing a Proof of Concept (PoC), defining the roadmap, and driving full-cycle implementation. The ideal candidate is a seasoned techno-functional leader who combines strong technical expertise with consultative business acumen and experience working in complex, high-volume environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of a Proof of Concept to validate SAP CM and BRIM integration with Dynamics 365 CE
  • Define a strategic implementation roadmap, including timelines, milestones, risks, and resource planning
  • Provide expert guidance in the configuration of SAP Customer Management (CM) for:
  • Case Management, Interaction Center, Account & Contact Management, and Service Requests
  • Architect and implement SAP BRIM components including:
  • Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FI-CA
  • Design and manage middleware integrations (e.g., SAP CPI, MuleSoft) between SAP and Dynamics 365 CE
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders and IT stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable, integrated solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for solution architecture, gap analysis, and business process reengineering
  • Oversee the development of technical specifications, testing plans, training documentation, and deployment strategies
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure cross-functional knowledge transfer
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous optimization

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of SAP experience, with deep expertise in SAP CM, BRIM, and S/4HANA
  • Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end SAP implementations and integration initiatives
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, especially in CRM and service modules
  • Proven ability to deliver PoCs and transition them into production-ready enterprise solutions
  • Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as SAP CPI, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi
  • Expertise in billing, subscription services, or customer engagement platforms
  • Ability to lead design sessions, facilitate workshops, and provide executive-level recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Certifications in CM, BRIM, or SOM
  • Background in tolling, utilities, telecom, or public service platforms
  • Experience with Agile delivery frameworks
  • Familiarity with Fiori/UI5 or enhancing customer-facing interfaces
  • Strong understanding of data governance, system security, and master data alignment
  • Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to problem-solving
  • Strong leadership presence and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive consensus
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
