Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP/enterprise application consulting with strong SAP Concur expertise.
• Hands-on Concur Request Management experience is required.
• Experience configuring request workflows, approval processes, policies, forms, and rules.
• Strong understanding of Concur Expense and Travel and their relationship with Request.
• Experience with Concur integrations, interfaces, and ERP environments.
• Strong requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a senior consulting capacity.
• Must be able to work hybrid in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, implementation, and enhancement of SAP Concur Request.
• Configure and support request policies, approval workflows, forms, fields, routing, and business rules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Concur solutions.
• Support integration between Concur Request, Travel, and down-stream ERP/financial systems.
• Troubleshoot complex functional and configuration issues.
• Lead testing, UAT, deployment, documentation, and post-production support.
• Partner with business, finance, travel, and IT stakeholders.
• Provide functional leadership and Concur best-practice recommendations.
