Job summary
Cintas Corporation seeks an SAP Developer – Level 3 for the SAP BW team in IT. This role involves technical direction on major SAP projects, collaboration with customers and analysts, and hands-on design, development, integration, and enhancements across SAP BW/HANA environments.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BI/BW with SAP technologies and strong SDLC experience, plus effective communication across organizational levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of BI/BW application development for SAP.
- Experience with SAP BW architecture and data modeling (LSA/LSA++).
- 5+ years SAP BW administration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- 5+ years SDLC experience delivering on time and budget.
- 2+ years SAP HANA calculation views and HANA SQL.
- 1+ year process improvement for operational support.
- 1+ year communicating technical/business issues to all levels.
Responsibilities
- Work on major SAP projects spanning multiple systems.
- Provide SME guidance and technical direction.
- Collaborate with customers, Business Analysts, and team members to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform application analysis, design, development, integration, and enhancement.
- Engage in complex support issues as needed.
