Job summary

Cintas is seeking an SAP Developer – Level 3 for the SAP BW team in IT. The role focuses on delivering quality SAP BW solutions across multiple systems and collaborating with stakeholders to align with business and IT strategies.

This position emphasizes architecture, data modeling, and ongoing optimization. Candidates should have extensive SAP BW experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent based on education and/or experience.
• 5+ years of BI/BW development and SAP implementation experience.
• 5+ years of SAP BW architecture, data modeling (LSA/LSA++), and guidance.
• 5+ years of SAP BW administration, monitoring, performance tuning, and incident resolution.
• 5+ years of entire Software Development Life Cycle experience, delivering functionality on time, on budget and to meet business needs.
• 2+ years of SAP HANA calculation views and HANA SQL.
• 1+ year of process improvement experience for operational support.
• 1+ year of communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, including management

Responsibilities

• Work on major SAP BW projects across multiple systems, providing subject matter expertise and technical direction.
• Collaborate with customers, Business Analysts, and team members to translate business requirements into quality technical solutions.
• Engage in application analysis, design, development, integration, and enhancement; tackle complex support issues.
