VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to manage end-to-end technical operations for complex SAP private cloud landscapes. The role includes proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and delivering timely RCA insights to leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of hands-on SAP Basis experience, holds SAP Certification in Basis Technology, and demonstrates advanced English proficiency. You will influence change, drive secure patching, and ensure SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of expert hands-on SAP Basis administration and support experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical management of complex private cloud landscapes.
• Perform continuous administration including troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Manage proactive monitoring for health, jobs, integration, performance, and data growth.
• Execute technical housekeeping such as log cleaning, security patch maintenance, and data partitioning.
• Handle change and release management for transport landscapes.
• Meet stringent SLAs including 20-minute reaction times for Priority 1 incidents.
• Provide technical mentorship and highlight risks to leadership.
