Job summary

Accenture is seeking an SAP Basis Manager to lead delivery across SAP transformation projects, including S/4HANA Greenfield/Brownfield efforts and AMS engagements. You will own technical landscape design, cutover planning, and go-live readiness, while guiding a team of Basis consultants and engaging client technical leads.

The role requires deep SAP Basis experience, HANA on cloud administration, and strong governance across transport and release cycles.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years SAP Basis experience with lead/co-lead role on S/4HANA projects.
Deep hands-on SAP HANA administration on cloud (Azure preferred) and HANA tuning.
Proven HA/DR design experience in Azure or equivalent hyperscaler.
Experience managing multi-system transport landscapes and release governance.
Proven ability to lead Basis teams and coordinate with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Basis workstream delivery across S/4HANA transformations and AMS engagements.
Architect and govern SAP HANA environments on cloud infrastructure with optimization.
Drive high-availability, disaster recovery, and failover readiness for SAP platforms.
Own transport and release governance including CTS+/ChaRM workflows and CI/CD integration.
Serve as primary escalation point during project hypercare and steady state.
Lead and develop a Basis team across project and AMS delivery models.
Engage technical stakeholders with risk flags and landscape readiness updates.
