Job summary

RightClick is seeking a Senior Manager, SAP Architecture & Solutions, to lead a multi-year S/4HANA migration from planning through execution. This onsite role is based in Fairfield County, CT, and requires a proven ability to build teams and establish architecture processes from the ground up.

You will set the technical roadmap, define integration approaches, and govern SAP landscapes while partnering with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment with long-term strategy; prior experience

Qualifications

• At least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation required.
• Utility/IS-U experience preferred; manufacturing or other regulated-industry experience also considered.
• Open to candidates from strong consulting backgrounds with genuine technical depth.
• Experience defining architecture standards and leading technical direction on large-scale ERP programs.
• Comfortable operating in early-stage, ambiguous program environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and solution design strategy for a multi-year S/4HANA migration, from early planning through execution.
• Define technical roadmap, integration approach, and governance standards for the SAP landscape.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align architecture decisions with long-term company strategy.
• Build out and eventually manage a team of 3 analysts as the program scales.
• Evaluate and recommend architecture patterns across core SAP modules and adjacent systems.
• Serve as the primary technical authority on S/4HANA design decisions and best practices.
