Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America (HAEA) is seeking a Sr. Business Process Analyst-SAP ABAP SD/OTC to drive end-to-end OTC solutions across ECC and S/4HANA. You will bridge business and technical teams, translate OTC requirements into robust SAP configurations, and provide production support to sustain critical operations.

Responsibilities include SD configuration, ABAP development, and integration with MM, FI and LE. On-call support and involvement in S/4HANA migrations are expected in Joliet, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6+ years IT experience.
• 7+ years SAP ABAP/SD technofunctional experience.
• Strong OTC/SD process knowledge (order management, pricing, billing, deliveries).
• Proven ABAP development experience: RICEF, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, Forms.
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA including migrations.
• SD integration with MM, FI, LE; IDocs/EDI knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• SAP SD/S4HANA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure, and support SAP SD across ECC and S/4HANA.
• Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot ABAP objects (RICEF, forms, interfaces).
• Gather requirements and translate into technical designs.
• Support SAP S/4HANA migration and data remediation.
• Design integrations between SD and adjacent modules (MM, FI, LE) and external systems via IDocs/EDI.
• Identify and resolve production issues with timely fixes.
• Prepare unit/integration/ regression tests and support UAT and hypercare.
• Provide on-call support for P1/P2 incidents.
