Fyerx is seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP on HANA Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale ABAP solutions. Focus areas include code pushing into the database layer via CDS, AMDP, and modern cloud-ready ABAP development models.

The role emphasizes high-performance development, secure extensions, and robust integration with OData services and backend interfaces. Strong SAP HANA understanding and certification are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of dedicated ABAP development experience.
• 2+ years writing optimized code for SAP HANA database layers.
• SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP NetWeaver or ABAP Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance ABAP objects (RICEFW) using OO-ABAP patterns.
• Implement advanced code pushing techniques with CDS views, associations, and AMDP.
• Write optimized data processing routines via AMDP, SQL, and open SQL.
• Expose backend calculations to UIs via transactional, analytical, and search-driven OData services.
• Audit legacy objects with SAT, SCI, and ATC to resolve runtime bottlenecks in HANA.
• Configure secure enhancement extensions using BAdIs, enhancement spots, and customer exits.
• Build integration endpoints using data serialization, ALE/IDocs, RFC, and Web Services.
