Job summary

Charter Global in the United States is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to support an enterprise returns program. The role spans ABAP development across ECC and S/4HANA, with close collaboration to SAP functional analysts and Returns, SD/MM, EWM, and TM workstreams. In-person client site work in Santa Clara is required in the first week, with ongoing production support and testing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP ABAP analysis, design, and programming experience.
• Experience supporting Finance functional area is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Design, develop and maintain SAP objects based on business needs.
• Support testing cycles: UNIT/SIT/UAT, regression, cutover, production hypercare.
• Monitor production landscape and address issues proactively.
• Collaborate with SAP analysts and cross-functional workstreams across ECC and S/4HANA.
