Qualifications

• Experience in tax research and reviewing state income/franchise tax returns for corporate entities.
• Master's degree or JD/LLM; CPA track acceptable with hours.
• Ability to build internal and client relationships; strong writing and research skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist multi-state companies with state and local tax issues including compliance, advising, planning, controversies, and technical research.
• Review information presented on state income tax returns; draft technical memoranda.
• Assist with controversies and prepare protests; support audit teams.
