Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior Salesforce Architect/Developer to design data models, system architectures, and integrations across Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. You will mentor admins, lead data migration strategies, enforce governance, and ensure security standards while collaborating with business analysts and project managers.

40 hours weekly, full-time, with a comprehensive benefits package and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years of related experience in Salesforce architecture/development.
• Experience with integration tools and technologies.
• Experience with migration, transformation, and cleansing strategies.
• Platform Developer 2 Certification (preferred).
• Proven experience as Technical Architect on Salesforce projects (preferred).
• Preference for Knowledge of Health Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Data Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Designs data models, system architectures, and integrations to meet business needs
• Leads the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and declarative features
• Collaborates with administrators to ensure effective use of out-of-the-box Salesforce features
• Designs and implements integrations between Salesforce and other systems, both internal and external
• Develops strategies for data migration, transformation, and cleansing
• Defines and enforces governance policies related to Salesforce development and deployment
• Ensures compliance with security standards and best practices
• Works closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints
• Provides technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices, coding standards, and overall quality of deliverables
• Mentors administrators in Salesforce technologies
• Stays abreast of Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends
